Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director of Sales at Mims. The ideal candidate will help manage sales operations, coordinate client interactions, and handle daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Director with administrative and sales tasks.
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and manage correspondence.
- Maintain and update client and sales records.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements: Previous PA or sales support experience preferred; strong communication skills; MS Office proficiency; located near Korangi; quick learner.
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month. Full-time.
