Job Description
MindEngage seeks motivated Call Center Agents for on-site, full-time international sales. Responsibilities include communicating with international clients via calls, email, and messages; explaining services and closing deals; following up to build long-term relationships; using CRM and maintaining records; meeting monthly and quarterly targets; conducting market research; and coordinating with the sales team. Candidates must have excellent spoken and written English, strong negotiation and communication skills, a confident sales-driven attitude, basic computer and email skills, and the ability to work under pressure. International sales or call center experience is a plus. Pay: Rs25,00–Rs60,00/month. Work Location: In person.
