Job Description
The Sales Operations Executive will manage daily sales operations, client communication, documentation, delivery coordination, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking delivery orders and sales documents, coordinating with order processing, logistics, and warehouse teams, maintaining customer and contract records, and producing sales/MIS reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Commerce or related, 3–5 years’ relevant experience (manufacturing/textile/chemical preferred), excellent written/verbal English, and strong MS Excel/reporting skills. Full-time; in person.
