Job Description
MindStorm Communications is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to uphold the highest standards in service delivery. We are looking for candidates with 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience from sectors outside of call centers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls and evaluate processes to ensure quality standards.
- Identify improvement areas and suggest corrective actions.
- Provide feedback on calls to boost performance.
- Maintain quality-related documentation and reports.

Requirements:
