Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Technical Recruiter to join our rapidly expanding software house, Mindwhiz, based in DHA Phase 5, Lahore, Pakistan. With a competitive salary ranging from 70,00 to 80,00 PKR, you will play a key role in sourcing and managing candidates for technical positions in our software development and cybersecurity teams.

Responsibilities: Candidate sourcing, conducting screenings, managing interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of technical recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS.
