Job Description
Mindwhiz is hiring an on-site Customer Service and Sales Representative in DHA Phase 8, Lahore (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). You will handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based clients, resolve inquiries, promote services, and log interactions in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer support or call centers, excellent spoken and written English, CRM experience, and a solutions-oriented, team-player attitude. Targets and KPIs apply. We offer health insurance, fuel allowance, monthly team dinners, an annual company trip, and a market-competitive salary up to Rs75,00/month. Full-time, in person role focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales/service goals.
