Job Description

Mindwhiz seeks an on-site HR Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations. Hours: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM. Requirements: bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year HR/recruitment experience. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, offers, HR records, onboarding/offboarding, workforce planning, employer branding, and compliance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time; salary up to Rs65,00/month, health insurance, fuel allowance, and HR career growth with global exposure.
