Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Trials Quality Assurance Associate to ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements across clinical studies. Responsibilities include performing audits, monitoring corrective actions, reviewing trial documentation, and supporting quality systems. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in clinical research QA, knowledge of ICH-GCP, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience with CAPA and root-cause analysis. This role collaborates with study teams to improve processes and maintain inspection readiness.
