Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to lead Dyson’s beauty product category (Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap stylers) across retail and premium channels. This role is responsible for delivering sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies for Dyson’s beauty category in line with company objectives.
– Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners, including department stores, specialty beauty retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share, and distribution goals.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
– Lead, coach, and support a team of beauty advisors or sales representatives.
– Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute product launches, in-store activations, and promotional campaigns.
– Ensure merchandising standards and brand presentation are consistently maintained across all points of sale.
– Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key account activities using CRM tools.
– Manage budgets, trade spend, and promotional investments effectively.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of sales experience in premium beauty, cosmetics, or consumer electronics.
– Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering sales growth.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
– Experience working with retail chains, department stores, or beauty specialty stores.
– Ability to analyze data and market insights to drive decision-making.
– Leadership experience and ability to work cross-functionally.
– Passion for innovation, design, and technology.
