Job Description
The Scientific and Academic Cooperation Attaché will develop and manage international partnerships between our mission and universities, research institutes, and funding agencies. Responsibilities include designing academic exchange programs, coordinating joint research projects and grant applications, organizing conferences and delegation visits, reporting on education and science trends, and liaising with governmental and institutional stakeholders. Candidates should hold a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, have experience in international academic cooperation or research administration, strong project-management and communication skills, and familiarity with grant processes. Ability to travel and work in a diplomatic environment is required.
