Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to help generate qualified leads and win projects for our agency. Your role will focus on identifying relevant jobs, crafting strong proposals using provided templates, and applying proven bidding strategies.
We offer a basic salary plus commission for every successfully converted client (10–20% based on project value). The rest of the client communication will be handled by our internal team.
If you have prior experience with Upwork bidding, lead generation, and proposal optimization (A/B testing experience is a plus), we’d love to hear more about your background and results.
