Job Description
Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). Morning shift 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary PKR 35,00–40,00 based on skills and experience. You will handle phone, email, and live chat inquiries, manage orders and deliveries, resolve complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and meet daily/monthly KPIs. Required: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred, fluent in English and Urdu, strong problem-solving, basic MS Office/CRM skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
