Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Core Annotations to lead a team that produces high-quality labeled training data. You will define annotation guidelines, manage daily operations, ensure accuracy and consistency, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with product and engineering to meet project timelines. The role requires hands-on experience with annotation tools and quality assurance, strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and clear communication. Prior experience in data labeling, machine learning workflows, or content moderation is preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience recommended.
