Job Description
The Technical Account Manager, Enterprise will be the primary technical advisor for our largest clients, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and renewal of enterprise solutions. You will manage technical relationships, provide proactive guidance, coordinate cross-functional resources, lead technical reviews and escalations, and drive customer outcomes and retention. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical account management or solutions engineering with enterprise SaaS experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to travel periodically and align product roadmaps with customer needs is required. This role delivers measurable business value and builds long-term strategic partnerships.
