Job Description
The Move Coordinator at Move One is responsible for overseeing all stages of household goods relocations, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact for clients and partners.
- Coordinate packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Prepare shipping instructions and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain shipment statuses and communicate changes proactively.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure financial accuracy with invoicing.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of coordination experience, strong customer service skills (English required, French preferred), proficiency in MS Office.
