Job Description

Sales Officer – Consumer Product Division

Muller & Phipps Pvt. Ltd.

• Achieved assigned sales targets by effectively managing and expanding the distributor and retail network within the allocated territory.
• Implemented company sales strategies, promotions, and trade schemes to maximize product visibility and market penetration.
• Ensured proper availability, placement, and merchandising of consumer products at retail outlets according to company standards.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure long-term business growth.
• Conducted regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer behavior, and shared insights with management.
• Managed order booking, secondary sales, and timely recovery of outstanding payments from the market.
• Coordinated with distribution, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth stock flow and effective execution of campaigns.
• Prepared and submitted daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including sales performance, market feedback, and coverage plans.
• Ensured compliance with company policies, SOPs, and ethical sales practices in all market operations.
