Job Description
Multi MZ Collections is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our team. You will serve as a liaison between the company and its customers, assisting with inquiries, complaints, orders, and product information.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide product/service information to assist customers.
- Resolve complaints professionally.
- Process orders and manage returns.
- Maintain updated customer records.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues as necessary.
Location: Near NADRA Registration Centre, Faisalabad.
Pay: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00 per month
