Job Type: On-site preferred | Hybrid option available for Karachi-based candidates only: 1–2 days on-site, remaining days remote
Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Introduce the company and its services/products clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and transfer or schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM
- Follow up with warm leads or previously contacted prospects as needed
- Handle objections professionally and answer basic questions about offerings
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills
- Experience with B2B outreach or lead generation tools
- Familiarity with sales funnels or appointment-setting tools
- Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or customer support (preferred)
- Ability to follow scripts while still sounding natural and engaging
- Strong listening skills and patience
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and handling data entry
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
