Job Description
Mustang Eye is hiring a Control Room Officer to manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, monitor system events and follow up with customers, provide accurate service information, and operate monitoring and ERP applications. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and be attentive, sharp, and proactive. Experience in customer service or call center operations for banks, national/multinational companies, food delivery, or tracking services is preferred; fresh graduates with excellent customer service skills are welcome. Full-time, entry-level positions. Salary: Rs32,00–Rs38,00/month. Work location: in person.
