Job Description
Join My Digital People as a Customer Support Officer. Serve as the first contact via phone, email, and live chat; handle outbound calls, resolve issues, escalate complex cases, and keep detailed records. Requirements: British accent, customer service or call center experience preferred, excellent verbal/written communication, strong problem-solving, multitasking, CRM familiarity a plus, willingness to work on-site UK hours.
