Job Description
Join our team to welcome guests, review arrival lists, and receive special guests. You will answer client inquiries promptly, assist colleagues with welcome folders, provide information about hotel areas, and promote hotel services. Proactively anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction during stays, address complaints and notify the Guest Relations Manager when needed, and record daily information in designated registers. Full-time position; pay from Rs40,00 per month; work location: in person.
