Job Description

Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust is seeking a proactive and compassionate HR Lead to manage and strengthen our human resource function. The role involves overseeing recruitment, staff development, performance management, HR policies & SOPs, employee engagement.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Home Economics professional to join our organization.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Home Economics or a relevant discipline

2-3 years of hands-on experience in Home Economics related roles

-Proficiency in household management, stitching, cooking, handicraft, budgeting and efficient resource utilization, with an ability to maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards

-Empathy and commitment to working with differently-abled individuals

-Good communication, supervision and coordination skills
