Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Computer Lab Assistant, you will:
- Provide technical support to students and staff.
- Install upgrades including drivers and hardware components.
- Maintain laboratory hardware, software, and instructional materials.
- Keep accurate inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Log and follow up on reported hardware and software issues.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong communication and typing skills.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining computer systems.
- Familiarity with computer terminology and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to detect and report technical problems.
Experience: Preferably 3 years in a similar role.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree minimum.
