Job Description
Department: Academics
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Participate in assembly, break time, and home time duties, and engage in various school events.
– Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline.
– Create a safe and inclusive environment for learning.
– Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum, incorporating Islamic integration.
– Utilize technology to enhance teaching.
– Provide constructive feedback on students’ work.
Knowledge and Skills: Strong subject knowledge, effective delivery, excellent organization and interpersonal skills, experience with educational technology.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
Educational Qualification: Preferably M.Ed., with at least a Bachelor’s Degree or B.Ed.
