Job Description
NCCI Hospital is seeking a courteous and efficient Female Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments.
- Maintain patient records and process billing.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and clean.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, BBA/B.Com degree, and strong English skills.
