Job Description
Nearby Cars is hiring an Inbound Customer Care Representative for the UK market in Islamabad. Full-time, on-site role handling inbound calls from UK customers, managing airport transfers, local taxi bookings and service inquiries using client booking systems (iCabbi experience preferred). You will process bookings via phone, email and online tools, provide accurate quotes, resolve queries, and coordinate with drivers and colleagues. Candidates must have minimum 2 years’ experience in a UK-based taxi/cab call center, excellent communication with a clear neutral British accent, strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills, and flexible shift availability. Salary Rs100,00–Rs150,00/month plus performance-related bonus.
