Job Description
NESL-IT is growing, and we’re looking for 2–3 Customer Sales Representatives who enjoy talking to people, understand tech services, and can turn conversations into business.
This role isn’t about reading scripts or chasing targets all day. It’s for people who want to learn, earn commissions, and grow into senior or leadership roles.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. That means reaching out, understanding what they need, and helping them see how NESL-IT’s IT services can solve their problems.
You’ll work across different channels:
- Upwork and similar platforms
- LinkedIn outreach
- Calls, emails, and virtual meetings
If you perform well, you won’t stay in the same role for long and we actively grow people into Senior Sales and Team Lead positions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talking to potential clients through Upwork, LinkedIn, calls, and emails
- Finding and qualifying good leads
- Joining client calls and video meetings
- Understanding client needs and suggesting the right IT services
- Working with the tech team to prepare proposals
- Closing deals and following up
- Keeping track of leads and clients in CRM tools
- Helping newer team members as you gain experience
Who This Is For
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or IT sales. But Freshies are encouraged.
- Someone who has tried Upwork bidding, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English
- Confident dealing with international clients
- Sales-minded but also interested in long-term growth
- Okay with working on-site in a fast-moving environment
Pay & Growth
- Salary: Open and discussed based on experience
- Commission: Up to 5% on closed deals
- Clear growth path: CSR → Senior Sales → Team Lead → Sales Manager
