Position Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage efficient inbound and outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively oversee the team and make essential decisions for daily operations.

– Ensuring optimal staff utilization and MHEs during shifts
– Coordinating transport availability
– Implementing compliance with SOPs and safety practices.
