Job Description
Full-time role as the key Sales Operations contact for an assigned territory. You will deliver targets by developing and implementing field sales plans, managing distributors and customers, and ensuring effective outlet execution of channel and category plans at point of purchase. Provide timely, accurate information and follow company policies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring KPIs, supporting distributor operations, and driving in-store activation.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business, 1–2 years of sales experience with proven KPI delivery, and familiarity with Channel & Category Sales Development, customer relationship management, and distribution handling.
