Job Description

Nestlé Pakistan seeks a Full-Time Area Sales Manager in Muzaffrabad. You will lead sales operations across the area, managing field sales, distributors, and customers to achieve targets and KPIs. Key duties: develop and execute area field sales plans, ensure channel and category execution at points of purchase, provide timely market insights, coach distributor and Nestlé direct sales teams, and drive continuous improvement via Nestlé Continuous Excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sales/Marketing, 2–3 years field sales/key account experience (Out-of-Home preferred), leadership and integrity.
