Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Talent supports talent acquisition and development by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs. You will lead candidate sourcing, manage relationships with hiring managers, implement training initiatives, analyze workforce metrics, and improve talent processes. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruiting or HR, strong communication and project-management skills, experience with ATS and employer branding, and a collaborative mindset. A bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field is preferred. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coach and motivate teams to meet growth goals.
