Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to support and grow our sales operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and capable of handling both indoor and outdoor sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor market visits to dealers, contractors, market area shops, and potential clients
• Develop new business opportunities through field sales and relationship building
• Promote company products, pricing, and schemes during site and market visits
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through active outdoor selling
• Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback
• Follow up on quotations, payments, and order execution with internal teams
• Maintain daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management

Requirements

• Age: 25 to 35 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Prior sales experience preferred (building materials experience is a plus)
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs55,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
