Job Description

We are hiring an International CSR to manage incoming calls and live chats from international customers. You will answer queries, provide accurate information, and maintain a professional experience. Requirements: fluent English (spoken and written), strong communication and customer-handling skills; freshers welcome. Shift: Evenings, 5:00 PM–1:00 AM. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: PKR 50,00–70,00 per month, based on skills and performance. Position: International CSR at Nexiatech.
