Job Description
Next Gen Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Trainer to lead training efforts for our US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coaching customer service representatives, designing training modules, and improving performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct onboarding and soft skills training, deliver product/process training, design and update training materials, monitor trainee progress, provide coaching, collaborate with teams for improvements, and track training effectiveness.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, strong customer service understanding, and flexibility for night shifts.
