Job Description
Nextech Packages is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our initiatives and systems. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and actively providing counseling on HR policies. Daily updates of staff attendance, developing training programs, and addressing performance management are key responsibilities.
The successful applicant will possess knowledge of HR functions and labor laws, be proficient in MS Office, and have excellent communication skills. A background in business administration or social studies is preferred.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
