Job Description

Nextech Packages is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to join our team. This full-time position supports HR initiatives, participates in recruitment, and updates staff attendance. The successful candidate will develop training programs, assist in performance management, handle disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Requirements: Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a background in business administration or related fields.
