Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the BPO sector.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in BPO.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
