We are looking for confident and customer-focused female Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls and live chat support, ensuring excellent customer experience and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and live chat professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
