Job Description
NorthBay Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead projects from conceptual design through implementation. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding managerial and client handling skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage cross-regional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of software industry experience.
- 4+ years in hands-on software development in .Net OR LLMs.
- 3+ years in a management role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
