Shift: Night Shift (USA Market)
Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Position Overview
AZ Print Packages is looking for a Customer Success Agent who will act as a key point of contact for our USA-based clients. This role focuses on post-sales communication, relationship management, and client satisfaction, ensuring a smooth experience from order confirmation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for USA clients after order confirmation
- Provide timely updates on order status, production, and shipment
- Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, QA, logistics)
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support
- Experience working with USA market clients preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Comfortable working onsite during night shift
