Job Description
Novexa Solutions is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative for our Construction Estimation campaign. On-site at Pine Avenue, Valencia Town, Lahore — Night Shift (7:00 PM–4:00 AM). Fresh graduates up to 1 year experience; bachelor’s required. Competitive pay Rs30,00–40,00/month; training provided. You will make outbound calls to US construction firms, introduce our estimation services, qualify leads, schedule appointments for senior team members, use CRM, and meet daily call and qualified-lead targets. Strong English communication, basic computer skills, willingness to learn, and night-shift availability required; construction or civil engineering background is a plus. Full-time, in-person role.
