Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Sales Development Representative driving qualified pipeline for B2B solutions. You will own outbound prospecting—cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn—and qualify leads for Account Executives. Responsibilities include crafting messaging, managing CRM (Salesforce), meeting monthly KPIs, and mentoring junior SDRs. Required: 3+ years in outbound B2B sales or SDR role, consistent quota attainment, excellent communication, and experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
