Job Description
Novexa Solutions is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for an on-site role in Lahore (Valencia Town / Pine Avenue). Night shift: 7:00 PM–4:00 AM PKT. Full-time, open to fresh graduates up to 1 year experience; training provided. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to US-based construction companies, presenting our construction estimation services, identifying decision-makers, scheduling appointments, using CRM to track leads, and meeting daily targets while collaborating with lead generation and sales teams. Bachelor’s required; strong English, basic computer skills, willingness to learn; construction/civil engineering background is a plus. Salary: Rs30,00–40,00/month.
