Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Assistant to enhance workflows and support junior staff at Ns Violet in Gulshan, Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, ensuring high performance in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time role requires 2-3 years of experience, preferably a graduate, and is open to male applicants. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing calendars, preparing documents, organizing communications, and offering exceptional customer service.
Skills needed include proficiency in DocuSign, strong administrative abilities, excellent phone etiquette, and familiarity with QuickBooks. Salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
