Job Description
We seek a confident, result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our on-site sales team. Responsibilities include outbound calling, pitching products/services, following up and converting leads, maintaining accurate call and conversion records, meeting daily and monthly sales targets, and coordinating handovers with internal teams. Ideal candidates have telesales or call center experience, strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills, are self-motivated, punctual, and target-driven. This full-time, in-person role requires a proactive approach to closing deals and building strong customer relationships.
