Job Description
- MS in Engineering / CS/ Education or equivalent from HEC recognized University with 4-5 years of experience in Academic Management / Teaching.
- PhD in Engineering/ CS/ Education or equivalent from HEC recognized University.
- Experience in programs accreditation by regulatory bodies.
- Processing of cases for starting new UG programs
- Arrange University Curriculum Review Committee meetings for revision of existing courses and programs
- Assist in holding and conduct of ACM
- Preparation of policy working paper pertaining to UG education
- Assist in formation and implementation of policies guidelines issued by HEC / other accreditation organization.
- Assist in monitoring follow-up actions on the decisions made by ACM on UG Programs
- Process cases related to undergraduate students such as academic queries and complaints
- Responsible for conduct of IHDs and drafting and circulation of Minutes of Meeting related to academic matters
- Track and follow up on action items decided in IHD academic meetings
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director Academics

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
