Job Description
We are seeking an Email Marketing Expert to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will manage segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, deliverability, and performance reporting. Required: 3+ years experience, strong copywriting and HTML/CSS skills, familiarity with platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar), analytics knowledge (open rates, CTR, conversion tracking), and attention to data privacy and CAN-SPAM compliance. Ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and collaborative, able to translate metrics into improvements and coordinate with design and product teams.
