Job Description
We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon wholesale brands. Responsibilities include inventory management, creating and managing POs, FBA/FBM shipments, listing upkeep, reconciling invoices, and weekly/monthly reporting. You’ll monitor inventory, resolve stranded or suppressed listings, coordinate with suppliers, and assist forecasting. Required: 1+ year Amazon Seller Central experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, excellent attention to detail, spoken English (you will work with a Native American team), and ability to meet deadlines. Nice-to-have: FBA troubleshooting, inventory planning, Helium10/Keepa. Tools: Amazon Seller Central, Excel/Sheets, Asana a plus. Full-time, in-person, 40 hrs/week (approx. 3:00 PM–12:00 AM). Pay: Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month. Start: ASAP.
