Job Description
We seek a Technical Writer to develop clear training materials, user guides, and documentation for software and hardware products. You will collaborate with engineers and trainers to translate complex concepts into concise manuals, tutorials, and e-learning content. Responsibilities include drafting, editing, maintaining documentation, creating visuals, and ensuring consistency across formats. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical writing experience, strong attention to detail, familiarity with tools like Markdown, DITA, or MadCap, and excellent communication skills.
