Job Description
Full-time night role answering calls and chats, following up, resolving complaints, entering orders and complaints into POS/CRM, coordinating with departments, and reporting closure to the line manager. Must speak and write Urdu and English, type quickly and accurately, search and identify locations, and be computer-literate. Pay: Rs35,00–55,00/month. Work Location: In person. Expected Start Date: 12/30/2025.
